Sweet & Savory Roast Yams
Our family twist on this holiday classic has been perfected over the years to bring out complex, bold flavors to the dinner table, using simple ingredients. We cover soft boiled sweet potato yams in a home made syrup of raw cane sugar, dark molasses, warm fall spices, and hazelnut extract to bring out chocolate like notes of flavor.
Take & Bake Note: This is a partially cooked dish, that requires being baked the day of your thanksgiving feast. Bake Instructions Included. Each order is served in a 9x13inch disposable alluminum pan to go right in the oven when you get home with provied instructions. You can also easily transger the contents into your favorite dish at home, and bake it in their for more decrotive table display.
Marshmello top is no extra cost, and is given seperatly to avoid the marshmellows getting messy if you choose to transfer to a nicer looking dish at home.
