"Not Grandpa's" Bread Pudding (Full Tray)

We mix french bread, various fillings, and a rich buttery cream sauce that is then all baked into a tasty dish that makes for a great thanksgiving breakfast or dessert dish for the family. We both offer classic bread pudding, and our modern takes that adds bold flavors instead of raisins. Flavors like Banana Fosters made with red bananas, or Cherry Swirl with real whole cherries, cherry perserve, and all natural cherry extract for some BOLD flavor. 
 
Something of hybrid flavor and texture that is often compared to french toast. Traditionally served with ice cream, whip cream, and whiskey caramel sauce drizzled all over. 
 
One of our customers said she didnt like bread putting, but gave us a chance the other day. As she tried our cherry swirl bread pudding sample, she said "Oh!!! ...thats not grandpas bread pudding. Thats super moist and tasty....", and so we decided thats what we are going to call it from now on. 
 
This is a full tray order which gives you about 6 to 12 servings depending on how big you cut your squares. We include a container of our signature whiskey caramel sauce with each tray. Bread pudding can be served cold or warm, but needs to be refrigerated before serving.
