10" Egg Nog Cheesecake

We took our classic Desert Doe Cheesecake….and jazzed it up with some Egg Nog spiced flare for a cozy fire side treat!
 
We bake these in a crushed gramcracker crust made with fresh sweet cream butter, and fill it with our egg nog infused cheesecake filling that is then slow baked to creamy soft perfection. Topped off with a Creme Brulee style carmel crust fire torched at time of pick up to help keep it crunchy long as possible.
