Breakfast is good any time of the day. First thing in the morning. On a busy evening after a particularly long day. Two a.m. after all the bars have closed.
It’s a comfort thing, and when it comes down to it, breakfast is easy. This time, we’re eating it in the form of a bagel sandwich, piled high with crispy bacon, runny egg, and fresh tomato. Throw in a little smoked gouda, mashed avocado, and (of course) some spicy salad mix microgreens.
