It's hotđĄď¸â like Havasu hot, which means, if youâre anything like us (or any sane person, for that matter), youâre probably searching for ways to keep cool. Smoothies are a great way to do that and stay healthy at the same time.

And with all the different flavors you have to choose from, you can have some fun with it! One of our favorite combos is berries and peanut butter. Itâs like having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in smoothie form!
Looking to spruce up the flavor and pack a ton of extra nutrients into your on-the-go breakfast/post-workout treat/ice cream substitute?
You know where this is headed, donât youâŚ

MICROGREENS!
Weâve already written a blog post that touches on the health benefits of microgreens and how to use them, but if you need a refresher, the gist of it is this:
Microgreens are full of nutrients and antioxidants. They also pack a serious punch of flavor.
For smoothies, we recommend something a little sweeter, like cantaloupe. đ In the smoothie you see above, we used sunflower micros, which are kind of nutty and taste a lot like sunflower seeds. đť
