A toast... TO AVOCADO!

Few things go together better than peanut butter and jelly.

One: peanut butter and chocolate. What can we say? Reese’s was really onto something when they married chocolate and peanut butter into one magnificent cup of heaven.

Two: a lake day and a beer. Or maybe a White Claw. Just don’t try to drive a boat while tipsy.

Avocado toast and microgreens!!

Eggs, bacon, cheese, tomato– they all make delicious avocado toast toppings. But microgreens?

Microgreens are magic on avocado toast. Our personal favorite is the spicy salad mix micros, but all varieties seem to make a slice of delicious, toasty bread slathered in yummy avocado shine like a bright culinary star. We recommend picking up a box of micros at the next Lake Havasu Farmers Market and experimenting with the different flavors. Below you’ll find just some of the varieties we’ve tried thus far:
